How do I book you as my wedding stylist?

To make a booking with me please fill out the contact form to check availability.

Be sure to fill in all your details and the requirements for the bride and any other members of the wedding party. Please add your mobile number (some email providers send the replies straight to spam and can get missed). I always send a text message to let you know to check your mail, ensuring no correspondence goes unread.

Once the date is checked for availability a quote will be sent and any queries can be answered via a phone calls or emails.

How do I secure my booking?

When the bride is happy with everything a deposit can be made to save the the date. This is for £50 per stylist and is deducted from the balance. Sometimes it’s necessary to have a second stylist on the wedding day, which can be arranged at the early stages of booking, depending on availability of other stylists.

When do I make full payment?

Payment for the trial day, less any deposit already paid, is required on the day of the trial.  Ideally the remaining balance is to be paid two weeks before the wedding day via bank transfer, however, if you'd prefer another payment arrangement please do ask me.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking please let me know as soon as possible. The original £50 deposit is non refundable and I would ask you to pay for any services you've had up to the cancellation date.

If for any unforeseen reason I need to cancel, I would make every effort to find you an alternative stylist, or should you wish, I would refund you fully.

If weather conditions or other incidents cause problems for me traveling to your venue on the wedding day I will try my absolute hardest to get to you safely and keep you fully up to date. 

Hopefully this doesn't sound too alarming and I can assure you that neither of the above have ever arisen in all of my professional career, but it's important for me to outline this.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

I live in Kendal and work with brides in and around the Lake District, Cumbria and the edges of the surrounding counties.

How far do you travel and are there any costs involved?

I live in Kendal and am more than happy up to travel 15 miles free of charge to your wedding venue. Sometimes it is necessary to travel a little further, which will be charged at 50p per mile thereafter.
